Asking what and why

Background

Tasha Eurich is an organizational psychologist, researcher and founder of The Eurich Group, which helps leaders and teams improve their effectiveness through greater self-awareness.

THE WORK

I made 1,5 minute film based on Tasha’s Eurich article, illustrating one of the main concepts from the article.

THE IMPACT

After finishing the film in 2017, I shared it with Tasha Eurich. She shared it on her Facebook page.

In 2019 I granted Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) a permission to use “What not why” as a part of the online course on self-awareness.

ABOUT THE COURSE

The Foundations of Leadership Curriculum is a series of interactive online courses that make fundamental leadership skills and knowledge available to all employees in the RCMP, with the target audience being police officers on front-line. The curriculum outlines are that participants who complete the curriculum will be able to demonstrate RCMP core values while leading themselves and others, and that they will be able to apply the principles of personal leadership.
